IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes! As long as it is within the Peninsula. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Europe will be paid separately.
HOW CAN I PAY?
As you prefer! Our payment methods adapt to you: joint bank transfer, Bizum, card, Paypal or cash.
Payments made through our website (Bizum and card) and Paypal are subject to extra charges due to management fees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE ORDER?
Our current delivery times are 4 weeks from the time of payment. If you need to receive your order in a shorter period, please speak to us and we will do our best to accommodate this.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No! Prices vary depending on quantity, so the more units you order, the cheaper each unit will be, but if you only need one, we can make that for you too!
HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GARMENT?
That's up to you! Customization is completely free, you don't have to choose a model that we've already made. We adapt to your idea. We can do practically anything. Ask us!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS A DEFECT?
If you receive your order and it is not what we agreed on in the final PDF, contact your sales representative immediately and explain what happened. They will need photos and videos from you to understand what you are referring to. Whenever possible, the garments will be remade, otherwise an amount proportional to the error will be refunded. Full returns are only considered in exceptional cases.
DO YOU DO FREE DESIGNS?
Of course! Explain to your sales representative what you need and he will ask our design team to create a sketch of your garment.
DO YOU ACCEPT SIZE EXCHANGES?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot. As these are 100% custom garments, they are made from scratch, so if you need a different size than the one you chose, a new order would have to be placed with different costs corresponding to a single unit.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Not at the moment, but we do have an office in Madrid, so if you need to come and talk to us or try on a garment, it is possible.
CAN WE CHOOSE DIFFERENT ITEMS AND COLORS IN THE SAME ORDER?
Of course! You can include different items and colours in the same order at no additional cost, bearing in mind that not all items (sweatshirts, crewnecks, half zips, fleeces) cost the same. What is very important is that the personalisation colour (in which the designs are printed) does not vary, as for each additional personalisation colour the budget increases.
